At this time it seems as though the timber market has stabilized. Lumber companies are out looking for timber
and each seem to have a niche for their products. No one seems to be creating large inventories and are
cutting what they buy. In general, Red Oak and White Oak has come back to the point of being operable,
with both domestic and export markets available. There isn't much timber on the market at this time
and it seems to be a good time to sell. Prices are not great, but timber continues to sell.
Timber may start to rise as long as our economy continues to recover.
